i will take you about one and a half hours on the train including the ride into barca to catch the coast train.

Depends where you are going on the costa brava. From one to two hours I think. Theres dangerous motorway along coast.

Depends if you go to the north of the Costa Brava or the South, and the traffic (rush hour).
Assuming you mean Prat airport, not Girona or Reus, budget 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Girona half hour to an hour; Reus could be 3 hours.

As I remember it , Barcelona to Callela was an hour and a half.

It only takes about an hour via car. It's a pretty easy drive.
