Either in carry on or in my main luggage? I know it’s illegal to be in possession of it in Dubai and UAE but I can’t find any information about Bahrain!
well i buy melatonin in saudi arabia and this is the strictest country with regards to customs, i ve even travelled to the UAE and bahrain with melatonin pills in my suitcase.
check the bahrain customs website, it is not included in the banned/restricted imports product list.
you should be fine,
furthermore i ve never heard that melatonin was banned anywhere, unless it was natural melatonin and this was due to mad cow disease because the natural ones contain bovine hormone extracts, the artificial one is fine and for sale through GNC all across the GCC
I think it is best you get that clarified.Bahrain’s like most of those countries the laws are quite strict. Better to be safe and assured.
